Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

OTP Bolt exists for software testing, QA automation, privacy and legitimate one-off signups. To keep the network healthy for everyone, the following are prohibited:

  • Fraud of any kind, including payment fraud, account takeover, identity theft or phishing.
  • Creating accounts to evade a ban, suspension or platform restriction.
  • Mass account creation, spam, fake reviews or manipulation of ratings, votes or promotions.
  • Harassment, threats, or contacting people who have not consented.
  • Any activity that is illegal where you or the recipient are located, including sanctioned-party transactions.
  • Using dedicated numbers for unsolicited bulk messaging or robocalls.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, probe our systems or resell the Service without permission.

Banking, payment, government and other high-value accounts should always be registered to a phone number you control long-term — never to a temporary number.

We may suspend accounts, cancel rentals and withhold balances linked to violations, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report abuse to [email protected].
