What do I get with a dedicated number?
A US or Canada number that's yours for the whole term: unlimited inbound SMS in a persistent inbox, plus browser calling in and out — no SIM or app required.
How does renewal work?
Numbers renew automatically from your wallet at the end of each term at the same flat price. Turn auto-renew off any time; if the wallet can't cover a renewal the number is released.
How are calls billed?
Calls are billed per minute from your wallet — US/Canada outbound from $0.03/min, inbound to your browser at $0.02/min. Unanswered calls are free.
Can I release a number early?
Yes, from the number's settings. Releasing is immediate and the unused term is not refunded.
Can I send SMS?
Inbound SMS is included. Outbound SMS on US local numbers requires carrier (10DLC) registration — contact support to enable it for your use case.
