Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of OTP Bolt (“OTP Bolt”, “we”, “us”) at otpbolt.com, including the Instant OTP service, dedicated virtual numbers (“My Numbers”), the dashboard and the REST API (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address, verify it, and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account and keys. One person or organisation may hold multiple accounts only for legitimate separation (for example staging and production).

2. The Service

Instant OTP rents a temporary phone number from our network partners for a single verification window (typically about 20 minutes). Numbers are shared resources and are reassigned after use; you acquire no rights in the number.

My Numbers assigns a dedicated number to your account for the prepaid term you choose. Numbers renew automatically from your wallet unless you turn auto-renew off. If a renewal cannot be paid, or you release the number, it leaves your account and may be reassigned.

Availability of countries, services and stock changes continually. We do not guarantee that any third-party service will send a message to any number.

3. Wallet, payments and pricing

The Service is prepaid through a USD wallet. Prices are shown before each purchase. Wallet credit has no cash value, is non-transferable and does not expire while your account is in good standing. Card payments are processed by Stripe; crypto payments must be sent in the exact amount and on the exact network displayed — see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the terms of every third-party service you interact with. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, abuse or illegal activity, and may withhold wallet balances connected to such activity.

5. API

API access is subject to the rate limits of your plan. Do not attempt to circumvent limits, scrape the Service beyond the documented API, or resell access without written permission.

6. Suspension and termination

Our anti-fraud systems may automatically lock an account (for example after repeated declined card payments) pending review. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; remaining wallet balance may be refunded at our discretion in line with the Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost accounts on third-party platforms, or messages that are not delivered by third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
