Refund Policy

Instant OTP

You are charged when a number is rented. If no SMS arrives before the rental window closes, or you cancel before any SMS, the full price is refunded to your wallet automatically. Once a code has been delivered the rental is complete and is not refundable, even if the third-party service later rejects the code.

Developer plans

Plans are prepaid terms. They are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.

Dedicated numbers

Term fees are non-refundable once the number is provisioned. Releasing a number early does not refund the unused term. If a number cannot be provisioned by the carrier, you are refunded immediately and automatically.

Wallet top-ups

Card top-ups may be refunded to the original card within 30 days if the balance is unused; contact support. Crypto deposits are credited only when the exact amount shown is sent on the network shown. Deposits of a different amount or on a different network cannot be matched automatically and are not credited; please always copy the exact figure. Crypto refunds, where approved, are returned to a wallet address you provide, minus network fees.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a card payment — most issues are solved within a day. Accounts with chargebacks are locked while the dispute is reviewed.
