Grenada (+1 473) Numbers: What to Check, How to Order

Grenada shares the +1 country code with the US, Canada and much of the Caribbean, and that is where most mistakes start. A few checks first:

Entering +1 473 correctly

Grenada belongs to the North American Numbering Plan. A full number is +1, then the area code 473, then seven local digits: ten digits after the +1 in total. There is no 0 to drop.

• If the form offers Grenada in its country list, select it and type 473 plus the seven digits.
• If there is a single box, enter +1 473 and the seven digits, with or without spaces.
• If the app only lets you pick "+1" without naming a country, enter the 473 area code carefully; leaving it out turns the number into something else entirely.

English is the official language across Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique, so verification texts arrive in English unless your app account is set to another language.

Code still missing? Try this order of fixes

If 20 minutes go by without a code, the order closes and the full price lands back in your wallet automatically. You can also cancel sooner, before anything arrives, for the same refund.
