What a Jordanian mobile number looks like

Inside Jordan, people write mobile numbers with a leading zero: ten digits that begin with 07, such as 07X XXX XXXX. From abroad that zero disappears and the country code takes its place, so the same line becomes +962 7X XXX XXXX, nine digits after the code.

That difference matters when you fill in a sign-up form. If the app shows a country picker set to Jordan (+962), type only the nine digits starting with 7. Pasting the full local version with its 0 is the most common reason a form rejects an otherwise valid +962 number.
