Getting the code: the exact steps

1. Open an account at /signup using email or Google, then top up the wallet. Exact prices show after this first top-up.
2. Choose Mercado Pago under Instant OTP and select your account's country.
3. In Mercado Pago, set the country code to match, then paste the rest of the number as the dashboard displays it.
4. Request the SMS.
