Zoho can lean on the number at several points:

Zoho keeps customer data in separate regional data centers, which is why you see domains like zoho.com, zoho.eu and zoho.in. The region is chosen when the account is created. Steps to receive the Zoho OTP online

3. Copy the number. On Zoho's form, pick the right country code from the dropdown and paste the remaining digits; drop any leading 0 that the local format uses.
4. Submit, and watch the live inbox. The Zoho SMS code normally appears within a minute or two.

Why a Zoho code might not arrive

• Zoho rejected the number. Some services decline virtual numbers. If Zoho shows an error after you submit, cancel and take the refund.

• Repeated requests. Pressing "Resend" several times in a row can trip Zoho's limits. Wait a little, then request once.
